Beetlejuice the Musical cast recording songs reach the Global Top 50 on Spotify in 11 countries. Super Simple Songs "My Happy Song" trends on TikTok with streams growing over 220%.   In The Heights cast recording is RIAA certified GOLD. 

 

  • Spearheaded marketing initiatives for renowned projects for brands like Sesame Street, Mattel (Barbie, Monster High, Thomas & Friends), Daniel Tiger, and Super Simple Songs, In the Heights, Beetlejuice the Musical, & The Book of Mormon. 
  • Established effective communication channels between brand teams, management, and label executives. 
  • Created and distributed project marketing materials to internal and external teams providing project updates, statistics, and campaign results.
  • Capitalized on growth opportunities for clients such as voice technology, podcasting, and SEO optimization.

Grammy Awards for both the Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen cast recordings. NAACP image award for Hamilton cast recording. VMA for "Immigrants: We Get the Job Done" music video. Released Lizzo's debut EP Coconut Oil - One of Rolling Stone's 20 Best Pop Albums of 2016. Launched Action Bronson's first debut on the Billboard Hot 100 ("Baby Blue" ft. Chance the Rapper"). 


  • Led project launches for artists like: Lizzo, Hamilton (Original Broadway Cast Recording), Action Bronson, Dear Evan Hansen (Original Broadway Cast Recording), and more. 
  • Successfully product managed artist singles, albums, and special projects from inception to completion.
  • Developed and maintained relationships between artists, management, label executives and label staff.

  • Direct liaison between artists, management, and record label teams.  
  • Managed and coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.  
  • Created and distributed artist marketing materials to internal and external teams providing project updates, statistics, and campaign results.
  • Managed quarterly project budgets and submitted project invoices for processing.
  • Assisted with event planning and execution, from coordinating logistics with outside vendors to ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

  • Provided administrative support to the Finance Department, including, but not limited to assisting the Atlantic Records CFO with calendar management, scheduling calls, booking travel, and organizing expenses.
  • Supported other departments and label assistants with their division finances on an as-needed basis.
  • Trained all new employees on finance systems (including SAP and Concur) and invoice processing. 
  • Organized, coordinated, and submitted Atlantic priority payment requests to our Accounts Payable division for processing.
  • Liaised with corporate travel agency on behalf of the East and West coasts to ensure compliance with corporate policy and guidelines.
  • Mastered  internal payables system to provide additional support & research for orders & invoices in process. 
  • Set up and adjusted vendors, opened PO's, and processed invoices across various marketing departments.
  • Coordinated with Marketing Operations staff to organize and ensure accuracy of quarterly budget sheets for artist roster.
