Diane is an award-winning marketer with a 12+ year career in the entertainment industry. She has launched the careers of artists like Lizzo and Action Bronson, and developed new audiences for theater productions with her work on Broadway musicals like Hamilton, Beetlejuice, and Waitress.
During her tenure at Atlantic Records, Diane executed campaigns for some of the world’s biggest music artists including Missy Elliott, Kevin Gates, TGT (Tyrese, Ginuwine, Tank), Jaheim, Wiz Khalifa, Boosie Badazz, Gucci Mane, Jill Scott, Plies, and Young Thug. She later moved to WMG's Art's Music Division overseeing campaigns for musical theater albums and children's music brands like Sesame Street, Barbie, Thomas & Friends, and Super Simple Songs. Her focus is delivering dynamic strategies for artists and brands ranging from driving grassroots marketing campaigns to forging strategic partnerships with major-market brands, and producing large-scale events specifically designed to feed and develop brand super-fans.
With a focus on data-driven tactics and creating 360* marketing plans across a variety of mediums, Diane has a natural ability to transform big ideas into results. Her projects have amassed 3 Grammy Award wins, 14 Grammy Award Nominations, 2 MTV VMAs, 3 NAACP Image Awards, and more. She is dedicated to mentoring young professionals and spends her free time hosting elaborate dinner parties, running half marathons, and leading a neighborhood Girl Scout troop.
